Elizabeth Thomas is a co-owner of Thomas Cattle Company, a family-run ranch based in the Owyhee Mountains of Idaho. Together with her husband Seth, and Seth’s brother, she’s built a business that blends generations of ranching experience with a sharp, modern approach to beef production.
What started as a small direct-to-consumer effort has grown into one of the region’s most trusted sources for all-natural Angus beef. From raising cattle with intention to marketing with heart, Elizabeth plays a key role in every part of the operation.
With a background in marketing and a deep respect for the land, her work bridges the gap between consumers and producers—and helps ensure that the next generation knows exactly where their food comes from.
