Applications to Specific Jobs
When a job seeker applies to a job:
The resume and application materials are visible only to that employer’s hiring team.
Employers may download or retain application materials.
We are not responsible for how employers use or store applicant information once accessed.

Searchable Resume Database
If a job seeker uploads a resume to the searchable database:
Employers with an active job posting may search and view resumes.
Employers may contact job seekers through the platform.
Employers may download resumes.

Job seekers may remove their resume from the searchable database at any time through account settings.


4. In-Platform Messaging
We provide messaging functionality between employers and job seekers.

Messages:
Are stored on our systems
May be accessed for support, moderation, legal compliance, or dispute resolution
Are not end-to-end encrypted
May be retained by employers

Users should avoid sending highly sensitive personal information through messaging tools.


5. How We Use Information

Operate and maintain the Service

Enable employer resume search

10. Children and Minors
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users between ages 13 and 17 may use the Service only with parental or legal guardian permission. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information. Parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion.
