Tom and his wife of 38 years have four children and five grandchildren and reside in Brighton, Colorado, where he enjoys hiking, biking, and reading books and articles on a wide variety of topics.  MORE ABOUT LEADERS OF THE WEST PODCAST:  Leaders Of The West is a podcast for innovators and change-makers in the ag and western industries.
