Exclusive Q&A Panel – Gain valuable insights from three of the industry’s top leaders: Kadee Coffman Blair, Deidra Pitts, and Brad Pryor.
Kadee Coffman Blair is recognized as 40 Under 40 by the Fort Worth Business Press and 20 Under 40 by the Association for Learning Environments. She is the director of business development at CORE Construction. Known as the 2nd largest K12 school builder and 2nd largest public safety builder in the country, Kadee acts as the link between CORE Construction and future clients, helping keep CORE top of mind in her community and beyond.
In addition, Kadee is a national TV host and sideline reporter who can be seen on networks such as: CBS Sports Network, NBC Sports Network, RFD-TV, The Cowboy Channel, and more. Kadee has also been hired to moderate star-studded events including a sit-down interview with Academy Award winner Diane Keaton, New York Times Best Selling Author Moll Anderson, and Emmy Award-winning TV personality Carson Kressley.
Kadee is a Dean’s Scholar from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism with an emphasis in political science. Along with her strong TV presence, Kadee is also proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut, allowing her to produce and edit her own stories. Her works have aired from local news outlets to CNN.
Deidra Pitts is the Director of Sponsorships and Operations for Mars Equestrian, a division of Mars, Incorporated. Combining her passion for horses with a wealth of business experience, Deidra brings a unique perspective to the equine industry.
Originally from East Tennessee, Deidra moved to Middle Tennessee to attend college and compete with the Middle Tennessee State University Equestrian Team. She earned her Master’s in Business Administration in 2005, which paved the way for a successful career at Mars Petcare, a division of Mars, Inc. Starting as a Business Analyst, Deidra advanced through customer-facing roles such as Sales Training, Distributor Management, and Tradeshow Management, building valuable expertise in business operations and client relationships.
In 2018, Deidra found her true calling when she became part of the team that launched Mars Equestrian, a new brand within Mars, Inc. focused on improving the lives of horses, pets, and the people who love them. Through her leadership in sponsorships and operations, Deidra plays a key role in fostering partnerships that drive the brand’s mission.
Brad Pryor is the President and Founder of Rafter P Construction Inc. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he has developed a work ethic that is unmatched and implements a very ‘hands on’ approach. This allows him to oversee our Rafter P team while having an open-door concept with his customers to ensure their satisfaction. He continuously exceeds customers’ expectations in residential, commercial, and farm & ranch projects, which establishes lifelong relationships for Rafter P Construction, Inc..
Brad is an active member of the community, serving as the President of the Hunt County Fair Board and as the President of the Caddo Mills ISD Education Foundation. He, also, supports local youth sports teams, as well as, area FFA & 4H organizations. He takes pride in instilling the Western Heritage of our future generation. Brad enjoys ranching, hunting, and spending time with his 4 children on his family ranch in Young County.
