Held in the Will Rogers Hall at the Will Rogers Coliseum, this event offers a unique opportunity to meet representatives from top western industry businesses and colleges, all in one place.

Kadee Coffman Blair is recognized as 40 Under 40 by the Fort Worth Business Press and 20 Under 40 by the Association for Learning Environments. She is the Vice President of Strategic Relations for Pogue Construction, one of the top general contractors in North Texas.
In addition, Kadee is a national TV host and sideline reporter who can be seen on networks such as: CBS Sports Network, NBC Sports Network, RFD-TV, The Cowboy Channel, and more. Kadee has also been hired to moderate star-studded events including a sit-down interview with Academy Award winner Diane Keaton, New York Times Best Selling Author Moll Anderson, and Emmy Award-winning TV personality Carson Kressley.
Kadee is a Dean’s Scholar from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism with an emphasis in political science. Along with her strong TV presence, Kadee is also proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut, allowing her to produce and edit her own stories. Her works have aired from local news outlets to CNN.
Carley Montemuro Myers is a seasoned marketing executive whose career bridges the heritage of the Western industry with modern brand innovation. As Senior Vice President of Marketing for the historic Four Sixes Ranch, she leads brand strategy across various divisions, bringing fresh vision to a 150-year legacy.
Previously, Carley served as Director of Marketing and Sponsorships for the National Cutting Horse Association, where she managed multimillion-dollar partnerships and elevated national events like the NCHA Futurity and Super Stakes through dynamic marketing campaigns and broadcast integrations.
Her earlier experience includes shaping brand partnerships for TX Whiskey and supporting marketing initiatives at various other brands. Recognized by Cowgirl Magazine’s “30 Under 30,” and by the National Collegiate Equestrian Association as a “Distinguished Alumni,” Carley is passionate about helping young professionals find their path in the Western industry while honoring its deep-rooted traditions through storytelling, collaboration, and innovation.
