Lexi Hoagland Joins Double D Ranch to Lead Brand Partnerships

Lexi Hoagland of Fort Worth, Texas, has joined Double D Ranch as Brand Partnerships & Activations Lead.

In her new role, Lexi will help expand the brand’s reach through strategic partnerships, events, collaborations, and storytelling. Her goal is to introduce more people to Double D Ranch while honoring the culture and heritage behind the brand.

Lexi Hoagland’s Background in Western Brand Partnerships

Lexi brings experience developing partnerships within the western fashion industry. Before joining Double D Ranch, she served as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Lane Boots.

She also built a relationship with Double D Ranch through her venture, Cowgirls & Cocktails. The company supported Lexi and her work over the years. As that relationship grew, the Double D Ranch team created a role that would allow her to continue growing alongside the brand.

“Double D Ranch has poured into me over the years through my venture with Cowgirls & Cocktails,” Lexi said. “They carefully curated the perfect role for me to continue growing with their team.”

Lexi has long admired Double D Ranch and the legacy its team has built. Now, she has the opportunity to learn from that team while contributing to the brand’s continued growth.

She thanked the sisters behind Double D Ranch, along with Mitchell Franz and Leeann Wenske, for believing in her. Their confidence makes this opportunity especially meaningful to her.

“I have always admired the brand, and the opportunity to learn from this team is truly once-in-a-lifetime,” Lexi said.

During her first year, Lexi hopes to bring Double D Ranch to more events. She also plans to pursue collaborations that use storytelling to connect the brand with new audiences.

However, Lexi doesn’t view her role as an effort to change what makes Double D Ranch special. Instead, she wants more people to experience and appreciate what the team has already created.

“My job isn’t to reinvent Double D Ranch,” Lexi said. “It’s to make sure more people get the chance to fall in love with what’s already here.”

She also hopes those first introductions grow into lasting customer relationships. For Lexi, that means creating experiences that turn first-time buyers into longtime supporters of the brand.

This career move brings Lexi’s experience, relationships, and admiration for Double D Ranch together in one role. Most of all, it gives her the opportunity to help write the next chapter of a brand she already loves.
