Ashley Saults of Denver, Colorado, is making a big career move into agriculture technology as the new Customer Success Manager at Farmshare.
In her new role, Ashley will build the company’s customer onboarding process from the ground up, manage customer relationships, and help users successfully implement a platform created specifically for the local meat industry.
The opportunity brings together Ashley’s background in customer success with an industry she has always felt connected to. Before joining Farmshare, she worked as a Customer Onboarding Representative at PushPress, where she gained experience helping customers adopt new systems and use them confidently.
Now, she’s looking forward to applying that experience in a role supporting producers, processors, and their customers.
“I believe systems should work for people, not the other way around,” Ashley said. “That idea is really at the center of what I want to build at Farmshare.”
During her first year, Ashley hopes to create a repeatable onboarding process that does more than teach customers the basics. Her goal is for each customer to feel confident enough using the software to become an expert themselves.
She also wants customer feedback to remain central as Farmshare grows.
“I don’t want to just be another name in someone’s inbox,” Ashley said. “I want to be the person they know, trust, and feel genuinely helped their business succeed.”
For Ashley, success will mean helping customers improve more than their speed or efficiency. She wants them to feel that implementing Farmshare made both their lives and their businesses better.
Ashley also discovered the Customer Success Manager opportunity through Of The West, making this a career move we are especially excited to celebrate.
Congratulations on your new role, Ashley!
