Chrystal Kramer Joins Of The West as Marketing Assistant

Of The West welcomed Chrystal Kramer of Loyal, Oklahoma, to the team as Marketing Assistant. In her new role, Chrystal will support content creation, digital marketing, and other efforts designed to connect people with careers and opportunities throughout the Western industry.

Chrystal Kramer’s Background in Agriculture and Marketing

Chrystal brings experience in agricultural communications, marketing, photography, videography, and brand storytelling. Her career has remained closely tied to agriculture and the performance horse industry, giving her a firsthand understanding of the people and businesses Of The West serves.

“I’m most excited to be part of a team that genuinely cares about the people who make up the western industry,” Chrystal said. “There are so many great careers, companies, and stories in this space that people simply don’t know about yet. In my first year, I hope I can help Of The West reach more of those people and find creative ways to make them stop, pay attention, and see just how many opportunities exist.”

Alongside her work with Of The West, Chrystal will continue serving as the owner and operator of Kramer Creative, where she provides marketing, photography, videography, and communications services to clients in agriculture and the performance horse industry.

For Chrystal, the new role feels like a natural next step; and one that brings her career full circle. She first discovered the Marketing Assistant opening through Of The West. Now, she’ll help more people discover opportunities of their own.

“As someone whose career has always been rooted in agriculture + western industry, I’m especially excited to use my marketing experience to help tell the stories of the people, businesses, and opportunities that make this industry what it is,” she said. “It feels like a natural next step for me and a chance to do work I really believe in.”
