Every time I'm on the road for 6–7 hours, I get all caught up on this podcast! I don’t have much time to read, but this podcast is my way of investing in myself and learning from leaders in the industry. Jessie is a breath of fresh air and an inspiration herself, and she secures all the best interviews! Whether you're part of the ag and western world or not, you'll take something away from every episode!
I wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review, but this is my go-to listen when I am looking for an encouraging, but also practical kick in the pants. The guests are very diverse in background, but equally interesting to listen to. I have always enjoyed Jessie's style of interviewing and her friendly personality. Listening to the podcast is such a great way to remember that while you might live in a rural place, community can still be found within the industry.
This podcast quickly became my favorite. Jessie’s topics and the amazing guests she brings on the show are very uplifting, positive, and inspirational. Being a businessman in the agriculture industry, and a supporter and participant in western sporting events, this podcast is my go-to for information concerning the agriculture industry and the world of rodeo, horses, and livestock.
Leaders of the West has quickly turned into one of my all-time favorite podcasts. Jessie brings some incredibly intelligent and interesting guests to discuss important topics that are always helpful. The solo episodes are also sooo good and offer such sound and practical advice I'm able to apply to my everyday life. Thank you Jessie for having this podcast!!!
I absolutely LOVE this podcast! In an industry that has a lot of hardship, Jessie brings so much positivity and encouragement to us ranchers/farmers. I always feel inspired after listening to an episode. I also always walk away with a nugget of wisdom. Listening to the testimonies of her guests gives me ideas, and there is always a lesson to be learned. I’m grateful to Jessie for creating this space.
