Agriculture and western industries are the backbone of North America. Here at Of The West, we recognize the impact that agriculture careers have, not only on our local communities but around the globe. That’s why we have made it our mission to bring agriculture and western industries careers to the forefront, to ensure that those industries, and the people who make them what they are, will be around for future generations to experience and take part in.
Of The West’s goal is to strengthen the workforce by providing job seekers who are looking for agriculture careers and careers in the western industry with the best opportunities available, attract the highest-quality job candidates for employers, and provide various business and personal development resources for both job seekers and employers.
Introducing: Career Spotlight
To continue to further those goals, we are excited to announce our newest resource, Career Spotlight. This series will feature various jobs and people, within the agriculture and western industries, allowing us to shine more of a light on all of the opportunities that can be found in agriculture + western.
From farm, ranch, and equine jobs, to careers in western sports, agriculture business, and everything in between; we’re here to help uncover the myriad of jobs within our industries. Whether we help young professionals choose their career path or educate someone about a particular job’s qualifications, we are working to strengthen the workforce by showcasing all facets of agriculture + western careers.
Through this series, we will also be introducing you to different leaders and go-getters in our industries. We know that the people in agriculture + western are a large part of what makes these industries so special. We want to shine a light on their grit, their kindness, the path they took to get where they are, and the contributions they’re making to future generations of the agriculture and western industries.
